Precedent Study: Bolt-Together House

As a birthday gift to my father, I built him a model of one of his favorite tiny houses: the Bolt-Together House designed by Jeff Milstein in the 1970s.

The tiny home is comprised of three wings with a loft above the central space.

This was a great opportunity to study form and construction process, as well as improve my model-making skills.
